Foodfy is the restaurant operating system: front of house, kitchen, orders, customers, inventory, and finance in one product. Customers pay the menu price. A marketplace platform fee, capped at 10%, is charged to the business on marketplace orders and is separate from that menu price.

Text and voice are two ways to ask about sales, menu items, stock, and customers. Answers stay inside the signed-in user's organization, role, and locations. Refunds, price changes, and campaign sends still need a person to confirm.
