Frequently asked questions

How does the corporate wallet work?

Your company transfers a lump sum to Foodfy. We distribute it across your employees' individual wallets. Each employee sees their balance and can use it at any restaurant on Foodfy. The balance doesn't expire as long as the account is active.

What happens if an employee's order exceeds their wallet balance?

They can still place the order. The wallet covers what it can, and the employee pays the remaining amount with their personal payment method (card, cash, etc.). They still get the corporate discount.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

No minimum. Whether you have 5 employees or 5,000, Foodfy for Work scales with you.

How do I onboard employees?

Three ways: connect your HR system (Zoho People, BambooHR, Bayzat) for automatic import, upload a CSV file, or invite employees one by one via email. They receive an email invitation and create their work account in seconds.

Which countries do you operate in?

Foodfy for Work is available in all countries where Foodfy operates, including UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and more. Each country uses its local currency.

How does the corporate discount work?

Participating companies offer an exclusive discount (typically 5-15%) to corporate employees. This discount is applied automatically at checkout, regardless of whether the employee uses their wallet or pays personally.

Can I track what my employees order?

Yes. The corporate admin portal shows every order: who ordered, from which restaurant, how much was spent, and which department it's allocated to. You can export all data as CSV.

Can I integrate with our HR system?

Yes! We integrate with Zoho People, BambooHR, and Bayzat with one-click OAuth connection. More platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Rippling, etc.) are coming soon. You can also upload employees via CSV anytime.
