We look for entrepreneurial drive, leadership skills, and market knowledge — not necessarily food industry experience. If you know your local market and can build relationships with business owners, you have what it takes. We provide all the technology and training.
Foodfy is allocating 25% of company shares to territory partners — 5% per territory level. Equity vests over a 10-year commitment period. This means if you stay and build for 10 years, you earn actual ownership in Foodfy. If you leave before the vesting period, the equity is not awarded.
This is a real business, not a side hustle. Territory partners who succeed treat this as their primary focus. That said, you set your own schedule — there are no fixed hours, no clock-in requirements. But the results are proportional to the effort you put in.
You can exit the partnership at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. However, unvested equity is forfeited, and your territory will be reassigned to a new partner. We believe in voluntary commitment, not forced retention.
Territories are assigned based on your location, experience, and the level you apply for. You can request a specific territory during application. First come, first served for most territories — which is why early applicants have the best selection.
