What does "1% on your own orders" mean exactly?

When a customer orders directly through your Foodfy-powered website, QR menu, or mobile app, Foodfy takes just 1% of the order subtotal (excluding VAT). This is the technology fee for using the full platform — POS, CRM, website, and everything else.

What does "Max 10% on Foodfy orders" mean?

When a customer discovers your business through the Foodfy marketplace (our website, app, or marketing campaigns) and places an order, the commission is up to 10% of the order subtotal. This covers customer acquisition — we bring you the customer, you keep them.

Is there a monthly fee or setup cost?

No. Zero monthly fees. Zero setup costs. Zero per-seat or per-terminal charges. You only pay the percentage when orders come in. If you have zero orders in a month, you pay zero.

Are all features really included?

Yes. Every Foodfy feature — POS, KDS, CRM, loyalty programs, website builder, mobile app, AI assistant, marketing tools, delivery integration, analytics — is included for every business. We do not lock features behind higher tiers.

How do I know which orders are "mine" vs "Foodfy marketplace"?

Every order is attributed based on how the customer arrived. Orders placed through your own branded website or direct link are at 1%. Orders where the customer discovered you via the Foodfy marketplace are at up to 10%. You can see the attribution breakdown in your dashboard.

Can I use just the technology without the marketplace?

Absolutely. Many businesses use Foodfy purely as their tech stack (POS, CRM, website) and handle their own marketing. You will only pay 1% on your own orders. The marketplace is optional.

Is this only for food businesses?

No. Foodfy supports all business types — grocery stores, pharmacies, flower shops, retail, and more. The pricing model is the same regardless of your industry.

What currency are the percentages calculated in?

Percentages are currency-agnostic — 1% is 1% whether you operate in AED, USD, EUR, or any other currency. The percentage is applied to the order subtotal in your local currency.

Do you offer subscription plans for businesses that prefer fixed pricing?

We are developing packaged subscription plans (Small, Medium, Large) for businesses that prefer predictable monthly costs. These will offer monthly and annual billing cycles. For now, the pay-as-you-go model (1%/10%) is available for all businesses.

How does Foodfy compare to Foodics, Syrve, or other POS systems?
