Lead Foodfy's expansion across an entire continent

Overview

As a Region Head, you will spearhead Foodfy's strategic growth across 20-50 countries within your region. You will build and lead a team of Country Heads, set ambitious growth targets, and own the P&L for your entire region. This is a senior leadership role that combines entrepreneurial vision with operational excellence to transform the F&B industry at a continental scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A seasoned executive who has built or scaled multi-country operations in food tech, e-commerce, or logistics. Someone who thinks at scale, moves fast, and can recruit world-class Country Heads. You are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.

5% Sweat Equity for Region Heads

As a Foodfy territory partner, you are a business owner — not an employee. Foodfy is allocating 25% of company equity to its partners, with 5% reserved for each territory level. This sweat equity vests after a 10-year commitment.
