To become a Foodfy delivery agency partner, your company must meet the following criteria.
A registered legal entity with an active trade license or logistics permit in your operating country.
Adequate insurance for your riders and deliveries, compliant with local regulations.
At least 10 active riders or plans to reach that capacity within the first 3 months.
A formally registered company (LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship, or government entity).
