Revenue Model

Earn 20% of the delivery fee for every order that passes through your DronePort hub — as origin or destination. If you own both hubs on a route, you earn 40%.

What Foodfy Handles

Technology platform, drone fleet coordination, runner dispatch, weather monitoring, regulatory compliance, customer support, and payment processing.

Agreement Types

Full Ownership — you build and own the hub. Lease — Foodfy leases space from you. Revenue Share — shared investment. Government Concession — special terms for public entities.

Partner Dashboard

Once approved, you get a live dashboard showing deliveries, revenue, payouts, and performance metrics for all your DronePort hubs.
