Overview

As Area Head, you are the face of Foodfy in your neighborhood or district. You will personally onboard local restaurants, ensure smooth deliveries, maintain quality standards, and build community relationships. This is the most hands-on role in our territory leadership structure, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build a food tech business in their backyard.

Responsibilities

  • Personally onboard and support restaurants and food businesses in your area
  • Conduct regular quality audits: food quality, packaging, hygiene, delivery times
  • Build and manage relationships with local drivers and delivery partners
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues: late deliveries, customer complaints, restaurant concerns
  • Drive local customer acquisition through community events and word-of-mouth
  • Monitor area-level KPIs: orders per day, delivery time, customer ratings
  • Provide weekly reports to your City Head with insights and recommendations
  • Be the trusted local partner that restaurants and customers rely on

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or community management
  • Deep knowledge of your local neighborhood and its food businesses
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic data dashboards
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for food and commitment to quality
  • Available for on-ground work within the area daily

A local food enthusiast who is well-connected in the neighborhood. You know which restaurants are the best, which areas need better delivery service, and how to make things happen at the ground level. You are reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about quality.

As a Foodfy territory partner, you are a business owner — not an employee. Foodfy is allocating 25% of company equity to its partners, with 5% reserved for each territory level. This sweat equity vests after a 10-year commitment.
